Claude Code Marketplaces respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice following the procedure below.

Note: this Site is a directory that links to third-party repositories and resources. We do not host extension code or distribute copyrighted software. In most cases the appropriate party for a DMCA notice is the original repository host (e.g., GitHub).

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA notice, provide the following information in writing to the address below:

  1. 1A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. 2A description of the material you claim is infringing, and the URL(s) where it appears on this Site.
  3. 3Your contact information: full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. 4A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. 5A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. 6Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

  • ·Identification of the removed material and its former URL
  • ·A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification
  • ·Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • ·Consent to jurisdiction of the relevant federal court
  • ·Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating accounts or removing listings of users who are repeat infringers.
